We accept valid (non-expired) physical government-issued photo IDs, including an Ontario Driver's Licence, Canadian Passport, Ontario Photo Card, or Canadian Citizenship Card with a photo. Digital copies, pictures on your phone, or expired IDs are not accepted.

If the person accepting the delivery cannot produce valid 19+ ID, or if the ID is suspected to be fake or belonging to someone else, our couriers are mandated by law to refuse delivery and return the products immediately. No exceptions.
